Promotion Terms and Conditions

General

This "Up to 12 Months Free IT Services" promotion ("Offer") is provided by HERO Managed IT Services ("HERO") and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms, which are incorporated into HERO's Master Service Agreement (MSA). In the event of any conflict, the terms of the MSA shall prevail.

Eligibility

This Offer is available to new HERO customers transitioning from an existing IT services provider. It applies to businesses that commit to a subscription term of at least one (1) year, with varying discounts based on the length of the selected term. Businesses already partnered with HERO or those ineligible under these criteria do not qualify for this promotion.

Offer Details

The Offer provides customers with the equivalent of free IT services, applied as a discount, based on the chosen subscription term. For a four-year subscription, customers receive 12 months free (25% discount applied to the monthly recurring charges). Similarly, the discounts for shorter terms are as follows:

  • One (1) Year Term: Equivalent to 3 months free (6.25% discount on MRC)

  • Two (2) Year Term: Equivalent to 6 months free (12.5% discount on MRC).

  • Three (3) Year Term: Equivalent to 9 months free (18.75% discount on MRC).

  • Four (4) Year Term: Equivalent to 12 months free (25% discount on MRC).

These discounts are applied evenly across the monthly recurring charges throughout the subscription term. For example, for a two-year term with a standard rate of $1,000/month, the discounted rate will be $875/month.

Transition Period and Terms

HERO will facilitate a seamless transition from your current IT provider as part of the onboarding process. This Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or incentives unless explicitly agreed upon by HERO in writing. All terms are subject to HERO’s approval and compliance with the agreement.

Commitment Requirements

To benefit from this Offer, customers must enter into a binding agreement with HERO for the full subscription term. Early termination of the agreement voids the Offer, and customers will be required to pay the standard monthly rate for services retroactively from the beginning of the term.

Additional Fees and Exclusions

The Offer applies only to the standard monthly recurring charges associated with the agreed subscription plan. Additional services, products, or one-time costs are excluded from the discount and will be billed at standard rates. Taxes, regulatory fees, and other administrative costs are also not included in the Offer and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Incorporation into Master Service Agreement

These special promotion terms are expressly incorporated into HERO's Master Service Agreement (MSA). By accepting this Offer, you acknowledge and agree that all terms and conditions of the MSA, including those regarding billing, termination, and governing law, shall apply to this promotion.
